Complete the training at your own pace over the six week program.

As part of the gener8tor Skills program, you will receive one-on-one resume building and interview preparation assistance via individualized coaching from a gener8tor career coach. Participants will also have access to weekly webinars such as “How to Project Manage Your Job Search” to supplement their gener8tor Skills curriculum. At the end of the program, all participants will have the opportunity to participate in a Hiring Event where they will be connected to employers actively hiring in addition to long-term job placement support.

Self-paced virtual curriculum from Microsoft, LinkedIn and GitHub to learn skills for in-demand jobs, earn industry-recognized certifications, and access job opportunities;

YES! All programming will be virtual to make sure you can progress your career in a format that works well for you. Some programs will have in-person events and opportunities available but won’t be a requirement for you to graduate.
Our goal is for all graduates to receive a new full-time job offer or promotion at your current company. The gener8tor team supports graduates long-term with job placement support to help you achieve your goals.
On average 70% of graduates receive a full-time job or promotion after graduating the program.
We’re quickly expanding to different locations across the country, check back often to see if we have a program in your area launching.
