Sounds great. How do I sign up?

The best way to get involved and interact with our cohorts is to join our Mentor pool and engage in Mentor Meetings - we call them “Mentor Swarms”. To do that, fill out the Mentor Interest form and someone from gener8tor will reach out to you with more information.

Mentor Swarm is a one-time 2 hour commitment during an accelerator program to meet with our cohort of companies in a speed-dating style event. You will meet with each company in our cohort for a total of 20 minutes.

Upon filling out the Mentor Interest form, we will share with you the dates and details of our upcoming Mentor Swarms and you are able to pick the one date/time that works best for you. At the Swarms, our companies will present the opportunities and challenges they face and greatly look forward to your wisdom and insights. This could be anything from walking through their executive summary or deck to diving into specific questions based on your expertise, etc. At gener8tor, a mentor can be as engaged as they’d like. Here are some examples of how mentor’s are involved:

The Casual Mentor: Participate in Mentor Swarms, offer your help as you see fit

The Engaged Mentor: Participate in Mentor Swarms and check-in with founders as they progress, offer help whenever you can (introductions, advice, etc)

The Superstar Mentor: Match with founders and serve in a more formal mentor role. Meet with a founder monthly and guide them through problems. Open your network to them and facilitate appropriate introductions.
