Why you should join the Neurodivergent Skills Accelerator program in Atlanta
gener8tor, Microsoft and EY are excited to partner on an innovative new program in Atlanta in 2022 to change the trend in employment for the neurodivergent community. This program has a focus in development in Data Analytics and essential workplace skills.
People need skills, but they also need coaching and connections. gener8tor’s Skills Accelerator provides the digital skills and career supports that workers need to ensure they are future-ready and meeting employers. The virtual program includes in-demand workforce skills development, coaching, job search tools, and job placement for in-person and remote jobs.
In the midst of worker shortages and businesses struggling to keep their doors open. gener8tor is skilling the next generation of workers, including the 1 in 15 people who identify as being neurodivergent.
Complete the training at your own pace over the eight-week program and get one-on-one career coaching and long-term job placement support from gener8tor staff. When you complete the training, you will have access to local and national companies ready to hire candidates just like you!

gener8tor Skills program is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to applicants who are eligible for privately funded scholarships or public innovative workforce programs funded at the federal, state, and local levels. If you choose to apply, we will do our best to contact you to determine eligibility in accordance with requirements set by our program partners who make this work possible.

YES! All programming will be virtual to make sure you can progress your career in a format that works well for you. Some programs will have in-person events and opportunities available but won’t be a requirement for you to graduate.

Participants that graduate from the Skills Accelerator program are encouraged to utilize our career coaching and job placement services for the duration of their career as needed. Program alumni are routinely reached out to by our team and have direct access to sign up for services through our Skills Jobs Board Website.
