Grow your startup with us in the Gulf Coast.

About gBETA Gulf Coast

gBETA runs two times every year in the Spring and Fall. Up to five companies from a range of verticals are selected from a competitive applicant pool to participate in the free seven-week program.
Participating companies receive:

  • Individualized coaching and mentorship from the team of nationally ranked accelerator gener8tor on company growth and investor readiness

  • Weekly "Lunch & Learns" which is content focused on growth, operations, legal, and venture readiness.

  • Weekly “Mentor Swarms” where each week selected startups meet with industry-specific mentors to answer the hard questions for a total of 30 mentor meetings.

  • Week 7 “Investor Swarms” where each startup is introduced to 25 investors (Venture Capital Funds, Accelerators, and Angel Investors) to pitch.

  • $1M+ in deals and perks from vendors like IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, Paypal, Zendesk, Hubspot and Microsoft

  • Ongoing post-program support and gener8tor community involvement and offerings

  • $10,000 in technical assistance from Innovation Portal to spend on contractors, tools, and marketing efforts (upon graduation).

gBETA's goal is that graduates will go on to participate in an investment accelerator or raise a seed round. You can see gBETA's progress against these goals here.

What Types of Startups are We Looking For?

Startups Primed for Growth: gBETA is ideal for early-stage startups that have already launched a product or MVP and have early traction or pre-revenue. It’s designed for founders who want to scale quickly and see value in raising venture capital to accelerate their growth.
