About the Program
gener8tor Skills Accelerator is a workforce development program that provides virtual skills training and job placement services. Participants receive one-on-one career coaching from expert gener8tor staff, skills training for high-demand roles, and ongoing support after graduation. Our program focuses on unemployed and underemployed job seekers with basic computer skills who can commit 15-20 hours a week to the program.
One-on-One Career Coaching
Receive concierge career coaching from the gener8tor team on the learning content, plus added help with interview skills, LinkedIn and resume writing.
Lunch and Learns
Learn from experts on a range of topics relevant to accelerating your career. Topics include interview best practices, making a career pivot, personal branding, and much more.
Access to a Network of Peers
Complete the course alongside a network of peers for support and community.

gener8tor Skills program is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible applicants through privately funded scholarships and public innovative workforce programs at federal, state, and local levels .
Learn at Your Own Pace
Earn a gener8tor Skills Accelerator certificate by completing the program modules at your own pace during the cohort.

YES! All programming will be virtual to make sure you can progress your career in a format that works well for you. Some programs will have in-person events and opportunities available but won’t be a requirement for you to graduate.

Participants that graduate from the Skills Accelerator program are encouraged to utilize our career coaching and job placement services for the duration of their career as needed. Program alumni are routinely reached out to by our team and have direct access to sign up for services through our Skills Jobs Board Website.
