gener8tor Founder Series Spotlight: Jahn Khan, 4Earth
This week we’re highlighting Jahn Khan, Founder & CEO of 4Earth, an Atlanta based environmental technology company building solutions to address inefficiencies in industrial water systems and factory operations.
4Earth develops plug and play systems that treat and recycle wastewater on site, while using AI driven factory intelligence to help manufacturers improve operational performance, reduce waste, and optimize production efficiency.
Jahn participated in the inaugural Cox Cleantech Accelerator powered by gener8tor cohort in Atlanta, an experience that helped strengthen relationships within the local startup and enterprise ecosystem while accelerating key customer connections.
Through the program, 4Earth deepened partnerships with organizations including Cox Enterprises and Siemens, helping the company transition from product development into a scaling phase.
Today, 4Earth works with major enterprises including Mercedes-Benz USA, Cox Enterprises, Siemens, and Central Life Sciences, with deployments across multiple states and growing production capacity as demand increases.
Jahn’s biggest advice for founders considering an accelerator:
• “Know what you want out of an accelerator and make the most of it. What you put in is what you get out.”
Jahn’s story highlights the growing opportunity at the intersection of sustainability, industrial operations, and AI. His experience also reflects how intentional participation in the right accelerator can create meaningful enterprise relationships that accelerate long term growth. As 4Earth continues scaling across industries and geographies, the company is positioning itself as a key player in the future of industrial sustainability and operational intelligence.
