Each meeting is designed to create focused, relevant conversations around investment opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaboration. The goal is to quickly assess alignment and identify opportunities for future discussion.

Startups and investors first submit a short application form to participate in the event.

Approximately 10 days before the event, investors receive a curated, filterable list of participating startups, including pitch decks and company details. Investors review the list and select the companies they would like to meet. gener8tor then builds personalized meeting schedules based on investor selections and participant availability.

Have a 5-minute pitch (with a slide deck) ready to present. The meeting list will be provided ahead of time, allowing you to research the investors and firms you will be meeting with.

Practice a concise overview of your business and prepare specific questions that can help identify alignment and potential next steps quickly during each meeting.

A pitch deck / Executive Summary, a notepad and pen for taking quick notes, any marketing collateral that might be relevant, and a positive, open-minded attitude.

Start with a brief introduction of who you are and what you do, quickly share your value proposition, ask relevant questions to understand the other person's needs and interests, and identify next steps if there's a potential match. Keep your pitch concise (five minutes max) to make sure you have enough time for discussion afterwards.

Review your notes, send a personalized follow-up email (with your executive summary and pitch deck attached) to each person you met, reiterate key points from your conversation, and propose a plan for further discussion if applicable. Ideally, follow up within 24-48 hours while the meeting is still fresh in both parties' minds.
