We invest in five high-growth startups per cohort. This is an industry-agnostic and business model-agnostic program. We accept ALL types of startups across ALL industries and business models. Accepted startups receive $100K and 12 weeks of mentorship-driven programming.

Investment
Selected teams will receive a $100,000 investment in return for 7.5% equity in your company using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).

Mentorship, Coaching & One-on-One Meetings
Twelve weeks of individualized coaching and mentorship from the gener8tor team during bi-weekly, one-on-one meetings. One-on-one meetings with 100+ connections including serial entrepreneurs, industry experts and investors.

$1M + in deals and perks from vendors like IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, PayPal, Zendesk, Hubspot and Microsoft.
Annual Showcase
Exclusive reception during which participating companies have the opportunity to pitch to an audience of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and community members.

The North Dakota Ecosystem
gener8tor North Dakota seeks to further advance North Dakota-based startups to bolster the growing entrepreneurial community of the state. By providing mentorship-based programming to the already flourishing ecosystem, gener8tor hopes to fuel economic activity for years to come.
Become a Mentor
Mentors are crucial to the success of gener8tor North Dakota. Once per week during the program, we invite a mentors to "speed network" with each of the participating startups over a two-hour session. There will be opportunities to mentor in-person or virtually so the teams can benefit from your expertise regardless of where you are located.

Selected startups must relocate to Fargo, ND for the duration of the program to take full advantage of the cohort-based programming and the strength of the local ecosystem.
To be eligible for selection, interested startups must meet one of the following criteria:
1.) The company is headquartered in North Dakota;
2.) The company is willing to relocate its headquarters to North Dakota; or
3.) The company is committed to building a demonstrable employee presence within North Dakota.

Applications are welcome from startups headquartered anywhere in the world. However, startups must be based in North Dakota, or relocate to North Dakota for the duration of the program, in order to take full advantage of the cohort-based programming and the strength of the local ecosystem.
