gener8tor Venture Studios are intensive, 16-week programs during which we partner with build and launch startups from scratch with aspiring entrepreneurs.
Selected operators function as the CEOs of these startup spinouts and receive startup capital, business models, product & service concepts and business development connections, among other resources.
As the most active investor in the Midwest over the past nine years, our goal is to chase bold ideas to build new categories of high-growth, venture-backed startups in the middle of the country.

What skillsets are we interested in?
Experienced product managers, digital acquisition/marketing specialists & growth marketers with expertise in the following areas: insurance tech, retail marketing platforms, direct to consumer brands, enterprise software, digital marketplacers, financial services/technology.
What does the program entail?
If selected for our Venture Studio, you will undergo an intensive,16-week program to take over operations of a newly formed startup provided by gener8tor, during which our staff will help you validate, iterate and grow.
What can I expect?
Our Venture Studio is an intense experience designed for the bold and nimble. You will be expected to validate and iterate quickly. You may be forced to undergo multiple pivots due to customer feedback or technological obstacles. You will be expected to lead and grow a talented team. You must be comfortable working under a high level of pressure in conditions of extreme uncertainty.
