Kiley Summers - SpenDebt

SpenDebt

SpenDebt is a financial technology company helping save one million families from financial fatalities every time they swipe their debit card or have a banking transaction. SpenDebt’s application delivers small, micropayments (ex. $1.00) allowing consumers the ability to spend-and-payoff debt at the same time. As users spend, the specified amount is added as a transaction and then directly applied toward a debt or bill (ex. credit cards, electric bill, etc.).  SpenDebt offers a  software-as-a-service (SaaS) payment solution to support enterprise or business customers recovering payments, including arrearages. This payment solution aggregates company’s accounts receivables from customers helping to increase on-time payments, prevent defaults and reduce charged off accounts; ultimately reversing write-off allowances to bottom-line profits.

Pagedip empowers enterprise marketing and enablement teams to dramatically improve sales collateral effectiveness. Our proprietary Content Engagement Index™ tracks the reader's journey in order to improve conversion rate performance and accelerate deals through increased visibility.

Pruuvn™ is a credentialing and data trust company developing tools, leveraging blockchain technology, to empower the gig economy. A frictionless credentialing, onboarding and compliance/employment platform that utilizes blockchain technology for on-demand access and increased security. Targeting employers that use freelancers/gig workers, we provide fast and cost-efficient background screening, verifications, and compliance.

SnapRefund

SnapRefund is a minority owned fintech that empowers businesses to settle payments instantly through a variety of digital payment rails.

We partner with SMBs & insurance companies to provide them and their payees with a mobile-friendly dashboard where payments can be sent and received.

We offer easy recipient onboarding where only name, email, and payment destination are needed.

Our mission is to give people greater control over their money.

Stimulus is a relationship intelligence SaaS platform that uses a proprietary score, data insights, and relationship-building tools for companies to make the best purchasing decisions and optimize their supplier ecosystem.

Xcellent Life Inc.

Xcellent Life is a digital health & wellness company that provides an AI-powered software and mobile app platform to empower health using our proprietary technology for Real-time Human Diagnostics (RtHD), which is like an Onstar system for the human body. Due to our approach and technology, we cut the cost of care, empower wellness, identify and mitigate health risk and ultimately improve the quality of life for people.

CrossKudi enables millions of immigrants to provide for their loved ones across borders. CrossKudi international money transfer platform is powered by blockchain infrastructure, making international money transfers affordable, instant and safe. CrossKudi has served 200+ customers remitting $2M+.

Mark Labs, Inc.

Mark Labs, Inc. helps investors better link their capital allocations to real world outcomes. Through its ESG Engagement Engine, Mark Labs helps asset managers meet the demands from both clients and regulators for making sustainable investments and operating in a transparent, ESG compliant manner. Mark Labs is currently working with the United Nations, Gates Foundation and Turkish Government.

 

Qualifi

Qualifi powers the fastest phone interviews in the world. High-volume recruiters use Qualifi’s automated phone interviews to make the hiring process more efficient, reducing initial screening time from weeks to minutes. Qualifi has conducted over 10,000 interviews, secured contracts with 27 employers and surpassed $247k ARR.

Wellthi

Wellthi supports social banking communities for banks and credit unions of all sizes. Wellthi’s B2B2C embedded social finance software connects banks and credit unions to make saving and investing as a group safe, simple, and transparent. Customers use wellthi to save, send and invest with friends and supercharge their financial goals in a community of trusted peers. Wellthi is a venture-backed, fintech company that has raised over $1.7M to-date.

Freeman Capital offers a suite of financial planning tools designed from the ground up for underserved communities. Freeman Capital provides wealth journeys that take into consideration social-economic and psychological challenges to build wealth. Freeman Capital has 8,000+ users with a paid user retention rate of 98% month over month.

HUED

HUED’s healthcare engagement solution addresses the needs of Black and Latino populations. HUED provides access to culturally-competent healthcare providers, offers health literacy and dismantles barriers that prevent BIPOC populations from accessing high quality healthcare. HUED recently announced their partnership with Vaseline and has 8,000 patients and 600+ healthcare providers on the platform.

RiftPay

RiftPay provides the easiest way for co-parents to manage shared expenses. RiftPay offers a smart money management platform that enables co-parents to spend money together and split payments in real time. RiftPay has raised over $250K with beta testers on the platform.

 

SoLo

SoLo is the leading financial technology company providing banking solutions for everyday Amercans. SoLo enables an online community where members can request and fund short-term needs. SoLo is an LA-based Delaware C-Corp. SoLo has nearly 300k members leveraging banking services and have processed over 100,000+ loans.

Tip a ScRxipt

Tip a ScRxipt helps people stay alive and well. Tip a ScRxipt’s platform is used to send or request money when people experience difficulty paying out-of-pocket for prescription medication, medical supplies, and medical equipment at pharmacies. In 2021, Tip a ScRxipt was named one of the 21 startups to watch by Milwaukee Business Journal - Wisconsin Inno.

Mentors are crucial to the success of Northwestern Mutual Black Founder Accelerator ®

During the first two weeks of the program, we invite mentors to "speed network" with each of the participating startups over a two-hour session. Due to COVID-19, these mentor sessions are virtual so the teams can benefit from your expertise regardless of where you are located. Every mentor is asked to provide mentorship on a pay-it-forward basis.
